New Century Scholars Program
Call for APS Member Mentors & Reviewers
Together the APA, APS and ABP co-sponsor the New Century Scholars Program, a program aimed at increasing the diversity of the academic pediatric workforce. The NCSP:
  • Selects under-represented minority (URM) pediatric residents with a career interest in academic pediatrics as New Century Scholars.
  • Matches Scholars with junior and senior mentors who provide advice on career planning, fellowship selection, and other topics throughout the Scholar’s residency.
